I Managed To Meet Stephenie Meyer & Lose My Vagina, All Within 24 Hours!

I was in the shower this evening, thinking about the fact that close to this time last night I was about to meet Stephenie Meyer & most of the Twilight cast when I realized, SHIT, where's my vagina?!?  Oh, it's there alright, but how the hell am I supposed to keep it 'under control' when I can't even see it?! Gah! ES says I need to relinquish my fears and go get a wax, but I'm terrified. Though I do not, and I repeat do not, want to have one of those freaky ass hairy vag's while giving birth. I know, I know, Dr.s see all kinds.....but I'd like some neatness down there if you get my drift.

Moving on.....& back to the topic we all really want to talk about, Twilight at #SDCC2012! Again this year, I am badgeless, but that hasn't stopped my excitement. Working a few blocks from the convention center is really super convenient. I was able to take a walk down to the BD2 panel line outside of Hall H on Tuesday & visit long lost friends.

It was so great to see these girls (and more) again. Feels like it was just yesterday. Anyhoo, it was pretty common knowledge that the Twilight cast would probably be visiting the line sometime around 9pm on Wednesday evening. I asked around to see if anyone would mind if I "hung out"...even though I'm not camping & don't have badges. Everyone encouraged me too, but I had my doubts. I was worried I'd be too tired after work and not make it until 9pm. Well I was feeling pretty good yesterday & planned to play it by ear. Once my event was over, I still felt pretty good and said what the hell.  To kill time, I hung out in the HR lobby for about 35 minutes. At one point I noticed this guy walk by and look back at my shirt and smile..it took a second, but I realized it was Paul Mc Donald. then he leaned in to tell Nikki about it. I could clearly see him mouth the details, but they were starting to walk away and I was too nervous to run after them. Plus I would have looked like a freak. For the record, I made a shirt that said "Lil' Nudger." I *think* that's how Bella referred to Renesmee when she was in her belly at some point in the BD book.

As I was getting up to head over across the street to the convention center, I get a tweet from @mandysmind to get over to the line NOW. So I rushed & got there just in time. Sure enough about 10 minutes later the cast showed up. I was torn as to if I should have them sign my shirt, or the poster they gave out, I decided the shirt & my belly might get more reaction. And it did!

I could cry. If it wasn't for this woman, I would have never had ES 

shove the books at me, there would have never been the Twlight Saga movies, 

I would have never started reading blogs, started a blog, found Twitarded, gone to Forks, or met all of you. It's been life changing & I have her to thank for an amazing 3 years.

I'm sure @Twilovesue & others will have MUCH MORE detailed posts, but I'm pooped.  Some things to note...PFach was there, but seemed not as into it as everyone else. I got him to sign my belly really quick, which he thought was funny, even asked if it was movie prop. Think he was trying to joke. I didn't bother to ask for a picture. Angela Sarafyan, aka Tia, was probably the most talkative and sweetest out of everyone. I can't say enough about her. Just a doll. She wrote "to baby with love" and drew little hearts. Forgot to ask her for a pic. There were other Amazon & Denali Coven peeps there too, but if I couldn't remember who they were I didn't ask for a pic. Was afraid I'd call them by the wrong name or something LOL. Oh and Ashley Greene was there of course. Her 'handlers' said no pictures (the only ones that said no.) I asked if she could sign my belly and the girl almost rolled her eyes and said no. So when Ashley got closer I said hello & thank you for coming, then mentioned that I didn't have anything for her to sign and knew she could sign my stomach. She said of course she could & so she did. Odd thing is, I can't find her autograph ANYWHERE. I think she signed in silver ink against my grey shirt vs grabbing the black sharpie I'd borrowed from @misstejota. Ohwell. I already have an awesome pic with her from a 100 Monkeys concert. She is a doll. Last but not least, Mackenzie Foy was so cute, very quiet, took a good 30 second to write out her long signature at the bottom my shirt. Felt odd asking her for a pic lol.

I think that's it. Sorry if I was kind of all over the place. Preggo brain is no joke folks!

Can't wait to catch up on the BD2 cast panel videos, as well as see what the rest of the weekend has in store. Hopefully work isn't too busy tomorrow!

I Made Out With Jackson...

.......in my dream last night. Holy hell!

ES & I went to see those lovely 100 Monkeys last night here in San Diego.  We'll post about that once we can upload some pics.  In the mean time, I dreamed of Jackson & 100 Monkeys last night. All I remember from the dream was that ES & I were hanging out with them here in San Diego... Even though I vaguely remember it being detailed and seemingly very long, I don't remember a lot of specifics as I type this...but I do remember that at one point of the dream, I was in my Grandma's bathroom checking myself out in the mirror when Jackson comes bounding in all smiles and full of energy.  I remember asking him if he'd take a picture with me and handing my Mom (who somehow appeared) the camera. I leaned in and he turned towards me and stuck his tongue out trying to be funny. As I turned towards him to see his face, he leaned in and kissed me...I was super shocked and started to pull away because I knew it was wrong (I'm engaged!), but he pulled me in closer and slowly slipped his tongue into my mouth. It was AHHHHHMAZING. [Side note: My Mom left...she's not one to judge] He kissed like I'm sure he f*cks....slow at first, exploratory...then BAM, he turns it into a feverish race. At one point, I just thought "screw it," this is just too good to stop. That's when ES barged in with some big black dude. Apparently they thought my Grandma's bathroom was unoccupied, boy was she shocked to see us.  Then another big tall black dude comes in and starts mouthing off to me. He was pissed I was in there with some small white dude.  And that was that, it was over.

Totally weird, right?!

As if we needed anymore reasons to lust after Mr. Rathbone, @17foreverlisa sent me this video yesterday. I hadn't had a chance to watch it till just now, and go figure, it made me remember my dream. Hot damn, this is one hell of a video tribute to Jackson's sexyness.

Yo!

I know that we don't post about you as much as we used to, but please my dear, don't chalk it up to lack of obsession love on our part.  We still dig you, big time. It's just that so many of our lovely Twitarded friends have been lucky enough to meet you, and or experience your AMAZEBALLS band 100 Monkeys in person.  Since everyone else was getting their own case of Jacksonitis, we felt it was time to lay off the posts...we'd done our job of spreading the disease, mission accomplished.

Now this doesn't mean we have stopped posting about you, it's just that the posts have become less frequent. We don't feel compelled to write an overly detailed post every time we go to a 100 Monkeys show...because we have been blessed with 8 shows already, going on 9 this Sunday! I'd like to say that going to these shows has become a hobby of sorts.  If we could have gone to your LA & Anaheim shows this week too, we would have...but I'm sure you understand how life can get a little crazy at times...Life has been so crazy in fact, that even my handwriting has gone down the tube. Look, I was trying to calculate just how many times we have seen you...

Anyways Jackson, I wanted to give you a little warning: We're coming for the meet & greet this Sunday at the HOB in San Diego. Yup, I know, just how much Jackson do you need? A lot apparently.  We're a little nervous because what if you recognize us [yah yah, don't flatter ourselves] & wonder what the hell we're doing at an official meet & greet when we have already met &  greeted you on numerous occasions. Well my friend, we sort of got "hooked up" you could say...and what was I supposed to do, let her die refuse?

Right, you see, we're in an awkward sitch.  So that said, be kind. We're really kind of nervous.  In the past we have quickly taken a picture with you, exchanged niceties, and been on our squeeish way...this time it seems more staged if you will. Oh and btw, ES is going to ask you something pretty big...so prepare yourself my future brother in law friend.

Sometime A Girl's Gotta Do What A Girl's Gotta Do

Twitarded tends to start some posts like this: Warning: This post is going to be all over the place, or this post is really random, or this post has no direction...you get the idea. But fortunately for us, they're a bunch of liars. No matter how obscure or scatterbrained they "claim" their post will be...it's not.  Those h00rs always find a way to make it poignant, or at least, make you pee your pants.

But I digress...

This post really is going to be all over the gawdamn place. For realz.  I have had a few glasses of champagne and there really isn't anything Rob Twilight related to write about, but I feel like writing...so there. Deal.

Ok, that's not entirely true.  I have some news!  ES & I are going to see those schmexy 100 Monkeys on Sunday night!

I miss these boys...

I feel like it's been light years since we have seen them. Granted it's only been since May...but geez. 

 Last Summer, the boys ended their 100 City tour in San Diego at the HOB, and once again they're ending another tour at the HOB. Last year it was during Comic Con, so needless to say it was an absolute cluster fuck trying to get into the venue. They hadn't anticipated how many of us hormone ridden women (and I use the word "women" loosely) would show up. HOB had no idea what to do...they had some shit called "capacity rules" and thus left quite a few gals outside...Not us of course, because well, that just doesn't happen to us....we know how BIG they are. Anyways, it was a ticket less event. 100 Monkeys was playing in the restaurant. This year HOB learned their lesson & they are performing in the music hall....as they should be. 

A very bloggy bestie sent me this video the other night and I about wet my pants. I can't embed it because for some reason it makes typing slow to a hault, and I can't deal with that shit right now. Anyhoo, the video totally reignited my lust for Mr. Rathbone. Like I have said a thousand times....there is nothing like seeing that man band live. NOTHING. And Jackson's moves are enough to warrant 5 ShamWows.

CANNOT WAIT.

Moving on...

In case you haven't been the most alert, it appears that we'll be blessed with a Breaking Dawn Convention in LA come November!  I imagine, with the TWIFECTA! More importantly, Rob and Kristen.  IF you go HERE, you'll see "save the date" for November 4th. I suspect it's the 4th, 5th and 6th, as per usual for Twilight Conventions. And yes, I will be there.

...because I NEED to see this again.

I may wait till the cheaper single day tix come out, because I'm not made of money...that, and that little thing called my wedding is lurking around the corner. Even though my parents are paying for the majority if it, I still find myself shelling out big bucks here and there.  I have a really hard time expecting them to pay for EVERYTHING.

Anyways, super freakin' excited.

Speaking of excited, can I tell you just how jealous I am that you're all going to Foooooooorks AGAIN!?  Gah!  It's a good kind of jealous though, because I know all of you that are making the trip are going to have a fabulous time.  I expect to be glued to twitter while I'm getting my make up done.  The ceremony is at 6pm on Friday 9/30...Fooooorks time. I will be cheers-ing to you all, with champagne of course.

Memorial Day Weekend Wrap Up

Memorial Day Weekend isn't quite over yet...seeing as it's only 2pm here on the West Coast.  I'm not sure how your weekend weather was, but ours sucked big ass. It was grey and cool on Saturday, then cold & rainy on Sunday.  Today however is in the low to mid 70's and sunny, thank goodness! That said, you might be wondering why I'm blogging instead of outside soaking up some vitamin d...well, I had a little time to kill before heading over to my parents this afternoon for a BBQ & thought I'd see what I'd missed since ditching my lap top most of the weekend:

Ashley Greene Rocks & I'm Hungover As F*CK.

I am hungover as f*ck right now. Just sayin'.  I wanted to warn you in case you're reading along thinking I'm mildly retarded.  BUT I just had to post about our epic night in LA....


*Grammatical errors and sucky sentence structure ahead*


We were making great time on the way up, until we hit the 101. Traffic always seems to slow down there, but this was almost at a standstill. Eventually we made it to the hotel and had plans to meet up with @Jaymes805, @amandamelby & @LuvsMeSumEdward. We decided to go get something to eat before the show, but then just ended up heading over to the El Rey and eating at Chipotle. Yum! I think the poor people in Chipotle thought we were hookers ladies of the night.

Kidding, but we did have to look good for those Monkeys.  Once inside the theatre, the floor was pretty packed so we all decided to hang back, by the bar. Super convenient!  We did go find @TwiloveSue, @ZAnyMouse, @VampiresWeLove & @Twifixx & the Twi-Daughters. They scored a spot up front! We could have weaseled our way in next to them, but I'm sure it would have pissed off a lot of people.  And as you all know, Twired does not advocate being mean at 100 Monkeys Concerts. 

After a couple opening bands, 100 Monkeys were about to take the stage when guess who I see walk in... ASHLEY GREENE! At first I thought I was hallucinating. I knew it was her, I mean she has a very distinct face, but she was ALOT shorter & than I'd imagined. Google says she's 5'5"...I'm definitely not saying that is short, because ES & I are 5'2" & 5'1"...but movies always seems to make people look taller. She also looked younger & just overall smaller than I thought.  Anyhoo, as she walked by I said "We love you Ashley!" She looked back, smiled and said "Thank you!"  I'm not sure what came over me, but I just knew I had to say something.... She and her friend walked over to the side of the theatre and hung there for about 4 songs or so (we discreetly followed.)

Then we went back to where we originally were and then she came and stood right next to us because she was told by the usher that she couldn't stand where she was standing?!  At one point mid way through the evening, @Jaymes805 stood next to her in line for the bathroom & Ash even watched ES put on her lip gloss.  When I heard she was in there, I hightailed it to the bathroom as well...liquid courage of course. She was washing her hands and putting on lip gloss as I went into the stall.  We literally spent the rest of the evening RIGHT NEXT TO HER. So close that she brushed ES's arm a few times.

At the end of the evening 100 Monkeys started to sing their THANK YOU song...which they ALWAYS sing at the end of the night when they're not coming back on stage, so we assumed that was it.  I told ES we just had to get a pic with her. She waited until the song was almost over and leaned over and said "Hi Ashley (to which she nicely smiled and said hi back) my Sister and I are huge fans. We don't want to make it obvious, but can we get a picture with you?" She said something like "absolutely" and her friend asked if we minded going over by the bathrooms in the hallway that led to the lobby foyer. So her friend and Ashley walked ahead and we followed.  Her friend was super cool & we again told Ash how much we love her and she couldn't have been any nicer.

As we were walking back to our spots, her friend and ES walked ahead & I walked behind Ashley.  She turns to me and says,

 "I haven't seen them perform in a year or so." I don't remember exactly what I said back, but I thought it was super cool that she made a point to not just run off as we walked back in.

After that, we all decided to head over to Angels & Kings, where they were supposed to have the after party. We thought it would be wise to get a head start, since Paul Mc Donald had just gone on stage & we thought 100 Monkeys were done. Turns out they went back on stage and did another set?!  We were too tired and drunk by about 1am, so we left.  We later find out from @Jaymes805 that Jackson and the band showed up, but sat in a booth while everyone surrounded them. So we don't feel too bad that we missed it. Plus it's not like we haven't met him & been to 8 or so shows already.  It never gets old, trust me...but if it was our first or second show, I think we would have been a lot more disappointed.  I almost feel like we didn't even see the band, since we spent most of the evening freaking over Ashley lol! Jackson looked hot, from what I remember ;)

All in all, the night was super fun.  No sightings of Nikki, but we know she was there, as @TwiloveSue saw her unloading her vehicle with Paul McDonald.  Rumor has it Sue and her crew got pics with Ash and Nikki after we left! So cool. Can't wait to see them!

Once I get the rest of the pics from ES I will post them. I'm sure there will be plenty floating around between all of us. A blurry one & a couple others for now:

Don't Be A Bitch

January 26th, 2010 ES & I created a post called Twired Sista's Rules. Essentially it was a list of things you shouldn't do (faux pas if you will) at a 100 Monkeys concert. These rules were created based upon our personal observations/encounters.

That said, that post should have been taken with a grain of salt ;) However this post should be taken seriously....for the most part. 

ES's mantra.

Back in November of 2009, ES & I went to our FIRST 100 Monkeys show, and our second shortly after that in December. So far to date, we have been to......let us count, shall we?

Through these shows, we have definitely seen a progression of sorts. The first show where we met Jackson was our second Viper Room show. He went to hang by the bar once it was over and we politely asked the Bananager if we could get a picture with him.  He was super polite, charming & overall seemed flattered. That night the girls seems respectful and no one crowded him  The second time we met him, he skipped out of the Viper Room pretty fast with his band to pack up and avoid the increasingly large group of girls waiting by the stage exit. He snuck out somehow and we happened to be at the right place at the right time & got a pic with him in the old child molester looking Monkey Van. I guess no one knew he was in there...  The third time, also at the Viper Room, he had tons and tons of girls asking for pics & crowding around him at the bar. He obliged and took pics, but you could tell it was getting a bit overwhelming.  I must mention that the Viper Room is one of those venues where the only way they can get off stage is to walk by fans....great for us, a possible pain in the ass for them.  After that, I vowed not to ask for anymore pictures. 

"Stick around after, let's party!"

I'm sure you're wondering why I'm rambling.....admittedly I am & there is no way to make a smooth transition here....that, or my brian is fried from work. I'm thinking it's the latter. I "heard" that the crowd at the 100 Monkeys show in NYC  the other night, was being a bit ornery.  Apparently girls weren't letting other girls get back to their place after going to the bathroom, and some were asking for pics with Jackson before the show & wouldn't take no for an answer.  I also got wind of some "crazy Twi fans" screaming out "Jasper!"  Really?!?! It's people like that that ruin it for the rest of us. I imagine the majority of us are Twi fans, some crazier than others...but just becasue you're obsessed doesn't mean you can't keep that shit in check.  I'm the first to admit he gives me that tingly feeling and I get all giddy and ridiculous when he first walks on stage, but it's Jackson with his band, NOT JASPER. And no matter how much you want to beg him to say "Excuse me Ma'am" or "Battlescars"...please don't.  And to top it off, the entire band ROCKS. Each and everyone of those guys is super talented & tons of fun on & off stage.
